I have also heard “genius is 1% inspiration and 99% perspiration.”  So how do we become finishers instead of starters?  Here is a simple formula

• Write the genius idea down
• Create an action plan with a dead line
• Hold yourself accountable by following up

This is the process of a manager becoming a leader because he or she does the right things in the right way.  Who knew being a genius is so simple!
